La Lethan era un’etnia Twi'lek dalla pelle rosso carminio. Su Naos III, questa caratteristica era motivo di imbarazzo e molte femmine Lethan venivano tenute nascoste.
Darth Talon del Nuovo Ordine Sith di Darth Krayt era un Twi’lek Lethan. Apparentemente, anche il suo maestro Darth Ruyn era della stessa etnia. Tuttavia, bisogna considerare che molti tra i seguaci di Darth Krayt avevano tatuaggi rossi e neri, secondo una tradizione Sith già seguita da Darth Maul; dunque, il vero colore della pelle di questi individui potrebbe essere differente.
