==Caratteristiche==
La razza degli alti e imponenti Wookiee, giganti pelosi originari del pianeta arboreo di [[Kashyyyk]], era una vista impressionante persino per il più navigato viaggiatore spaziale. Nonostante il loro aspetto temibile e selvaggio, gli Wookiee erano intelligenti, sofisticati, leali e fidati. La lealtà e il coraggio erano valori quasi sacri nella società Wookiee. Quando in pace, essi erano teneri e cordiali.
